Delete your account
How
- Open BenZai on your phone, or sign in on the web at hearth.bernard-3e7.workers.dev/web — you do not need the app installed.
- Go to Settings → Delete my account.
- Type your email address to confirm, and press Delete everything.
It happens immediately. If you cannot sign in, write to info@devitify.fr from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Deleted
- Your account, your sign-in, and every phone signed in as you
- Every message, voice note, photo and video you sent, with their translations and recordings
- Your habits, tracked numbers, lessons, games and scores
- Anything owed between you and another member
- People you blocked or who blocked you, and reports you made or that are about you (a report already emailed to us is kept for up to one year)
Kept for the rest of your family, with your name removed
- Meals, chores, shopping lists, bills and savings you took part in
If you are the last person left in a family, the whole family and everything in it is deleted.
Our database keeps a point-in-time recovery history for up to 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from that as well.
